Those that are complaining are a very vocal but very minor fraction of the player base.

Just dismiss those people. Evelynn has always been and was always meant to be what she is now, a sexy demon that'll ravage you for her pleasure, so why are people taking offense now; because she was given a fresh coat of paint? I'm flabbergasted that there are people who are flustered over this.
I dislike the Splashart of her normal skin, because she looks like a "uh, ive been a bad girl Daddy" sIut.
I like all other skins, and she looks sexy in all of them, but a dignified sexyness.
All Skins but her normal one show that you can do sexy without sexualising.

You're right here, League has lot of amazing ladies, some are meant to be sexualised, some not. Evelynn falls into the first category bc she is litterally supposed to be a succubus demon thingy. I would be more upset if they decided to make a succubus that isn't sexy and provocative.
Though as mentionned above some were expecting...Well, better. More than just "i'm sexy and hot and i kill people and i'm a sadist". Succubus yes but with a bit more depth. Its not being sexy that make her "bad", its more the one-dimensional side. This being said, the lore isn't out yet, so wait and see. Maybe she seems dull for now, but we may get good surprises latter.

People aren't complaining about the 'sexy' part...they're complaining about the loss of personality on top of the trash looking generic succubus replacement.
I don't think it's important whether they sexualize a character or not. I also think LoL has a pretty fair share of sexualized and non sexualized women and men (come on, there are some hot male champs out there :) ). There is nothing wrong with women being sexy or attractive - not even in games. With a game like LoL, which is really diverse and all, one would have to be a little frustrated to focus so intensely on this aspect. Yes, everyone wants women to be attractive - even women themselves do. Just sayin.
Old thread, but people in the comments are saying that they aren't seeing people complaining about Evelynn, so I'll just leave this here to let everyone know that my first reaction to the long-awaited Eve rework was abject horror (and not the kind Riot wanted to inspire). I'll make my own thread talking about it, but I couldn't be more disappointed.
