Can we get the Voice Lines from LoR to LoL?

One of the coolest things on LoR is the different interactions between characters, is there any possibility that the most generic ones can be imported to LoL? Some champions are not getting any rework soon or anything and they lack any VO so...is there anything that could be reused?

Riot already said that they cant due contracts.
