Ask Riot: Ultimate Skin When?

Best designed champion in League deserves the highest tier skin in League, change my mind. And yes, I know there have already been 2 ADCs with Ultimate skins meanwhile there is not a single Top laner with one, but that won't stop me from campaigning an Ultimate skin for Jhin.

EDIT: I think I came off a little too strong in the OP. Let me clarify that I'm not against other champions getting an Ultimate skin. Of course I'm going to be biased towards Jhin because he's my main and #1 most favorite champion in League, but I'm aware that there are other players who also want their main and favorite champion to get an Ultimate skin as much as I do and I respect that. Best of luck to all and we'll see who will get the skin in the end! Besides, there will always be next time if not next year.

Eh... No. As cool as it would be, Jhin doesn't really do anything all that special that would make for a truly ground-breaking, over the top skin. Plus, I honestly can't think of any themes that would fit him and would also be ultimate tier.

Xerath or Zac so you can actually go above and beyond just a recolor.

Ehh. I love my boy Jhin, but he already has several skins (several GOOD skins, even) and a Legendary to boot. An ultimate would be cool, but unnecessary. There are better champs to pick for this one.

Jhin would probably sell like candy but personally i wouldn't really be surprised if we saw an Ultimate Janna skin

Or we could get a ultimate skin on Volibear, Fiddle or Pantheon since none of them have gotten new skins recently (and praetorian skin does not count because it is of bad quality)
