It is a little weird to have two skins come out for a champion in short spans of time but far from uncommon. Tons of champions have that happen while others don't. Same thing has been happening for what seems like forever.
I honestly hoped for a new Shen skin when I saw the floating sword. Very disappointed it was for Janna and not Shen and even more disappointed that Yi got another skin and Shen hasn't received a new one in 4 years.
