He's just running really fast. 
Malphite Splash I get as he is smashing the ground, I think they are giving Udyr more of a feral look than a martial look, making it appear as if he is ready to run on all fours.
Malph is ulting into the assorted Bros, and moving very fast. Probably needs to be leaning that far forward to not fall backwards from air resistance.
