Lee Sin Project Skin?

I was told to put this in here since it would get no where the tickets, Lee Sin fits the Project skin criteria apparently so i was wondering if there is a possibility of that ever happening... i watched the video on league a little while ago and it said "expect to see a return of Project, etc." so i figured there could be a chance of this because i feel would be very cool to have someone in Project that doesn't use a weapon and is bald. I'm not super creative so i cant draw or design a project skin thing to give an idea but Riot has never seemed to have a problem making some very nice skins and this would be a good edition.

Well... You see... Lee Sin doesn't have a weapon... So...

Yeah, Lee doesn't actually fit the criteria because he uses his fists and magic. I'd expect to see any of Quinn (though I don't know if I WANT it??), Diana, Talon, Darius, Draven, Jinx, Akali (if not DQd by Headhunter or Silverfang), or Riven (if somehow not DQd by Pulsefire). I am not sure if Irelia is eligible but she could be as well.

Project Kayn, please and thanks.

He also fits the criteria, but he'd need another legendary.

I talked to a Hextition (srry if i butchered the spelling) and he said Lee fit, Project could give him cool robot hands or something lol
