Lee Sin Project Skin?

I was told to put this in here since it would get no where the tickets, Lee Sin fits the Project skin criteria apparently so i was wondering if there is a possibility of that ever happening... i watched the video on league a little while ago and it said "expect to see a return of Project, etc." so i figured there could be a chance of this because i feel would be very cool to have someone in Project that doesn't use a weapon and is bald. I'm not super creative so i cant draw or design a project skin thing to give an idea but Riot has never seemed to have a problem making some very nice skins and this would be a good edition.
