All of the information basically implies her purpose is to help/guide people... I kind of want more because I feel that she can really be fleshed out due to her not really being present lore wise 24/7

All that i'm confused about is why is she in Zaun? I know that shes like a wind spirit but why is she there, what is her goal. Im pretty sure shes also really powerful but she only appears at random times when someone is in trouble, why doesn't she just remove all of the smog in Zaun.
