More fitting than Coven would be Death Blossom. Repetitive, maybe, but there would be no one more fitting to be the leader of the Death Blossoms than Zyra.
As for Order of the Lotus...I don't think it would fit her. It needs to be for champs with a sort of "balance" thematic, like Karma and Irelia have. Maybe for non-Ionian champs we could have Fiora, Ashe, perhaps even Taric. I thought maybe Katarina but I think her kit would be too violent for the theme.

Oleandervine1 votesMeh. I don't think Order of the Lotus fits her. I'd see her in Death Blossom before Lotus, and even then, I find both skins to be very uninspired on Zyra.
I'd like to see Zyra in something that pushes her boundaries, like Dragon Sorceress did. Arcade could be fun if they went with the mini warp pipe/Pirahna plant approach, and a tech skin like Battlecast or Program could be equally cool and creepy for her. Hell, Dark Star would make a fun alternative for Zyra, since they could make her ultimate a black hole.
