We got his hammer in the shop, and his headwear been thrown off Mount Targon. My guess would be Taric is completely renewing his gear after becoming an aspect. Also wasn't it stated that dreamers from all around the world come to Mount Targon to become such aspects? So what if Taric still comes from somewhere else (demacia, other world, idk) but something is leading him to the mountain?
