Laughs on abilities are super cool, and here's why.

I think laughs that are put on abilities give some champions a lot of extra personality. While not changing anything gameplay wise they still somehow make abilities a lot more satisfying. What I mean by this is, as example Viktor on his E, it feels super evil and satisfying. Vladimir and TFs E laugh are super arrogant. Skarners ult laugh is vicious in a cool way. Taliyahs ult laugh is cute as hell, chaotic (which her whole concept about not fully controllable earth magic is anyway) and just simply funny to hear. I think you get the idea. Laughs on abilities are super cool when they work out and fit a champions personality, which most do. So I really hope this is kept up in some champion designs, just because it is a really cool way to improve the personality of a champion by quite a bit. May just be me who likes these little kind of details. ^^

It does add a ton of character.

Morde charging his Q with that condescending chuckle is awesome and so is his sinister laughter on his ultimate.

Ekko has a nice confident laughter when he procs the stun on his W, which is a nice touch as well. Ahri Cheeky laughter when she ults.

What i would like is a sinister laughter from TahmKench when he has someone in his belly and as soon as he spits them out, they die. Like, a sign that their demise is comming.

Agreed! I think for certain characters, e.g. Ziggs and Singed, it accentuates the defining parts of their personalities. Unique, spell-based VO lines are definitely things that we will continue to do when it makes sense for their character. :D

I'm alright with all the laughs so far on champion abilities. Except for Zilean.

Nobody ever asked for a laugh to be tacked on his abilities, nor did Riot even put it in the patch notes that they were adding on a laugh to his passive. Now that it's there, whenever I try to play the game, I fear that people will believe that I am being bm by laughing even though I have no choice but to laugh.

There are still a lot of annoying laughs/lines that we could do without.

Zed laugh on ult just shows me how much of a condescending bastard he is, and his mains as well. Zilean I don't care if you've seen my death or not, f off old man. I've always loved Renekton 's laugh on a fury-stun. Most of his voice sounds that you hear while not playing him are all just angry but that one line, rarely played on his W, gives you the touch of madness that defines his character. It's a good inclusion.
