Questions about voices for SG Lulu

So I'm wondering about star guardian Lulu's dialogue, mainly because when I get Star guardian Jinx her dialogue was different, I'm not sure about Janna yet either.

I'm curious if this was intentional since Jinx got a whole star guardian dialogue. It just feels a little weird for Lulu to not have any specific Star Guardian phrases.

I hope I don't seem like I'm complaining, just a bit of curiousity is all!

If I'm not mistaken is SG Jinx a legendary skin? I believe she is priced at 1820 whereas the rest or at least Janna and Lulu are priced at 1350 RP. Thus Jinx has extra dialogue.
