since a ton of people got a new lore for the shadow isles i just wanted to know why fiddle wasn't on the shadow isle lore list, he definitely seems like he should be on there

I don't think he's part of shadow isles, he's something else entirely I believe.
Not everything needs to be in one faction or another, all that'll do is shrink the world. Sometimes there's just spooky things in the world. They are actively working on his lore though so don't be worried that he won't be updated
