Dominion icon, not 100 wins

So my friend just recieved the Dominion Icon. The only issue here is that he didn't have 100 wins, but I am pretty sure he had 100 games. If you scroll down this article, it says 100 wins: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/retiring-dominion Someone fix?
