[7.3] Alistar W bug

lf an opponent flashes when Alistar is about to W someone, Alistar will run to the spot (as W does) then attempt to bump something, but the enemy that just flashed won't get affected at all. Happened in some of my games, quickly recorded the instance to show.

It's not a bug. It works on similar mechanics to Fizz Q. Where if you perfectly time any blink and in the right direction you can avoid the hitbox and the effect.

Not a bug. It's one of the few targeted abilities that can miss.
