Really riot? This skin is well..just ugly (at least in my opinion). It doesn't fit and flatter Leblanc at all.Just make ravenborn Leblanc available as a standard skin and everyone will be happy. By the way i wonder if they will release ravenborn Leblanc this halloween...

While I don't back the OP, that skin seems so ham-fisted. It's as if they said "let's do something totally crazy and off the wall, like give a theme to the least likely champ to get it! I'm so insane, it's crazy"
