@Riot about cancelled champs

Riot i know that their have been many reasons you have cancelled champions along with turning them into different. But their are a few champs that you've canceled due to the fact you guys couldn't create their affects a but as we've seen lately that its completely possible now and i was wandering if theirs any chance some one on the team might go back look at these champs and see if its possible to add them into the game such as like the water wizard guy who you guys couldn't make cause of the fact you didn't have the tools to make him. It was just a thought i had because their were a few champs that have been canceled that a lot of people were really behind seeing in the game but they were canceled or just changed and i have been playing for a few years and i was completely behind the concept of ceecee and was really happy with the way turned out hes one of my few favorite supports.
