Can we tell Lux's and Garen's height from the lux's#5 comic?
So, since nobody talked about it yet, Garen must be over6'3, coz lux is not gonna be less than 5'6 right?

Lux is actually pretty short by your standards. A Rioter a long, long time ago put her at 5'1, but that Rioter left and that height estimate is visibly no longer canon in the comic. But allow me to explain...
Sylas is 6'3 according to Kindlejack. He has a slight but noticeable hunchback from imprisonment, however, and thus tends to be portrayed as being a tiny bit shorter than Garen. I estimated Garen to be 6'1 and Lux to be 5'4 based off the comic.
honestly I've noticed women are just shorter nowadays in real life too
