Will Talon Ever Get A Visual Update To His Model and Skins Anytime In The Near Future?

A champion who was released during the very old days of League, exactly one day after Season One ended. Although his kit has been updated and modernized, his base model has remained untouched since release.
The reason why this is an issue is because other champs that are in need of visual reworks, such as Pantheon, Dr. Mundo, Mordekaiser, and others will inevitably receive a rework, and with those reworks, a visual update. Talon is a special case, however, because gameplay wise, he is rather modern. He was recently reworked during the Assassin Update in 2017, changing his kit but not his base model. His blades that can be seen on his W and R are also fairly modern, which eliminates him from possible VFX updates such as the ones seen on Vi, Veigar, or Jarvan. Thus the question is, will Riot ever just update his base model and his older skins in order to bring it up to par, and if so, when?
Even Talon's base splash was updated in the past, but because the model hasn't, it's pretty obvious that the ingame model is pretty outdated compared to the splash. The two look almost nothing alike. The splash makes Talon's ingame model seem like it's elegant and sexy, but ingame it's the complete opposite. If I had to rate it, I'd put it alongside Mundo in terms of detail. The skins, Crimson Elite and Renegade, also feel extremely out-of-date in comparison to the newly released Enduring Sword or Blood Moon. Even the splash for Crimson Elite is outdated, with the old Noxus symbol being portrayed in the background.
TL;DR - Talon needs a visual update because his model is old af and his skins are also old af.
