[GAMEPLAY] Talon R Visual bug

Would like to remind Riot that Talon's R is still bugged visually, where the diameter of the blades expand as they're about to close. This has existed for over 2 seasons and I will HAPPILY provide evidence for it if you need.

All you have to do is simply press R on Talon, and look at the blades as they magically grow in diameter.
