New Marksman- Void Themed?

I just thought I should ask. Once I saw the roadmap, read about the new marksman with high risk/reward, and saw the art image above I couldnt help but think this new champ would be a Void theme champion. I would be so happy if it were true, after all the last Void champ to be released was in late 2014 if I'm not mistaken. If you, RITO, could give a subtle hint as to whether or not this Champion is related to the Void in anyway, and nothing else need be said yet, we the community would appreciate it.
