Bruh Ornn is the only not-new champion that only has his release skin...give the goat some love, hell even Pyke has a skin and he was released not even a year ago.
Being popular at a point in time doesn't mean they will launch a skin right away. Skins take at least a minimum of 4 months to create. Plus, most of the time they already have the entire year plotted out based on their stats and such that they went over near the end of the previous. So, if Kindred gets one, kindred gets one.. if not, then, not. Just gotta wait.
