Sukishoo1 votesBeing popular at a point in time doesn't mean they will launch a skin right away. Skins take at least a minimum of 4 months to create. Plus, most of the time they already have the entire year plotted out based on their stats and such that they went over near the end of the previous. So, if Kindred gets one, kindred gets one.. if not, then, not. Just gotta wait.
