New Dawn vs Awaken cinematic
I can't say i love playing league,but i can say i adore the art and design. these are some gripes i have with new vs old . I think the awaken cinematic in still frame looks great. I just strongly believe new dawn is the strongest "cinematic" on a writing level i think awaken is observable weaker than previous projects.
- my points are artstyle ,sound ,character building , story telling.
- like always the visuals are great i like the similar stylization to the dawn trailer i think the animation "fight choreography" was weak
- i think the fact that the cg is basically a music video hurts it alot, most of the focus is on valerie broussard i feel like the environmental themes gridy sf made a lot of difference in past clips(i understand the song is the 2k19 theme)
- it feels like the three separate stories aren't connected wat so ever. i mean lore wise ads up draven riven-noxus camille jihn-order irelia sion-battle shot for shot every scene is gender specific girl vs guy good vs evil (girl butt to guy jawline) shot for shot (left ground right shoulder)i wish i got a few more camera shots sets to establish the character and lore
- besides the character selection i didn't really feel much storytelling. just kinda photogenic setups.- it's a great project but i think it's missing the memorable detail for repeat viewings.
gripes> irelia groups up with most hated solo laners every scene cuts at climax the choreography is so flat that it's hard to even believe a conclusion would result Good song
