Omega Squad Teemo's (possible) voice actress?

Cassandra Lee Morris.

Hear me out: I know Cassandra's voice better from Persona 5, where she voices Morgana. However, listening to Teemo's Omega Squad quotes and comparing them to Cassandra's Morgana voice, they sound VERY similar.

I've got a keen ear for voice actors in video games, but again this is total speculation since there's nothing on IMDB or the League Wiki about any relations, nor has Teemo's voice actors ever been revealed for obvious reasons.
