Hey Riot, I would like to ask if I "create" a new champion, and it is good enough, will you try to make it to us? like I have a fantastic idea to it, and I think It will be really cool. if so, I will post it completely here, you know? please I need a answer. I am so excited to it

If you want to propose a champion you're free to do it and maybe they will take inspiration from it (that's rare though). However you should post on "Concept and Creation" rather than "Story, Art and Sound". You can also send a ticket to Riot if you feel like it.
