'-' Really Riot?

After the League updated i can't join in the match, I tried twice today and both I couldn't... after I get banned It's my fault... I only want to play, but I can't because YOU don't make a good work. I could play normally before the update, but now... I tried in normal blind pick and draft, I could join in custom game though. Please fix it, It isn't a problem to me, because although It says it is my internet, It is normal here....
