Bilgewater new champion?

Aside from all those unique Champions of league of legends. I find that the Bilgewater champions are currently the best ones and are the most fun to play only followed by Noxians then Ionians then Demacians then Voids then Zaun and Mount Targons and then Freiglord. That's just my taste though. To me Twisted Fate is one of if not the most fun champion in the game because of his overall theme and style also Graves Gangplank and Missfortune. They are all very cool champions but they are also very very few...Why not make a new champion from Bilgewater that could have interactions with other bilgewater champs like TF and GP? I think that would be so fun and pretty cool actually cause that piraty gang cunning theme is overall just more fun than any other theme in my opinion. Also please give Twisted fate a Green card to heal him...like please! XD
