Why didnt they do this?
So i looked at a elf teemo skin spotlight and i noticed the mushrooms aren't presents?why riot and his q isnt a candy cane like pls update his skin[ill still buy it but pls]

It's just that it's a really old skin.
It's very likely that, when Teemo will eventually get his VGU, the Shrooms will be different across most (if not all) of his skins. :P
