new warwick splash?

if you go to warwick's page under game info, you can see his new splash. i don't know how to post pics in the boards. is this the right board for this thread? On a somewhat related note, i haven't played ap ww in while so i don't remember exactly how it works, but the ratios on both the flat and % damage of his Q are 100% ap. does this mean that for evey 1 ap he does 1% more or are the numbers off?

i don't remember seeing a splash where he was swarmed by arrows before.
