I dont feel like buying Caitlyn pulsfire anymore
severe nerfs (attack delay, .1 -> .2) and huge delays are really stinking right now, i think i'l just spend some money on other things.

It's better that they show the nerfs to come before they release the skin. Then the people who were playing her due to Fotm won't buy the skin and get mad that they did since they won't play her after the nerfs. Better customer relations that way.
Cait deserve nerf, or else she will go to perma ban with 10 bans incoming. So the skin would be a waste eitherway. Also, Cait current state is toxic for the game, she currently is a sniper controler with to much zoning tool for what her theme suppose to be. She deserved nerf.
