Splash Art Updates yay, oh wait what champions deserve a splash art?

I agree all splash arts need to be upgraded but blitz already got updated and ahri doesnt really require any update, but what about the champions that are "under-rated" how about Fizz, Kayle,Yasuo, you updated only the hair for lissandra why not her look? and varus riot updates the weirdest champions, atleast they finally got the nerfing down almost.
