Can we add more lines of voiceover to the rest of the champions?
There are plenty of champions that never got a full update that could seriously benefit from having more than 10 lines of script to say throughout the game.

There are champions that got half assed updates that could still benefit from a full VGU. Champs such as Sona, Shen, and Maokai, who all got mild model updates, but kept the same terrible animations and model rigging they had, while their kits have pretty much been updated to modern standards.
