Riven's Sword

Hi, can anyone point me to a detailed depiction Riven's sword (both Classic and Redeemed)? I'm looking to commission bladesmith and they'll need a detailed picture to work off of. So far, I haven't found anything official looking through forum and Google searches. Even the few pictures I did find that were admittedly great works of art wouldn't give the smith much to work with in terms of angles and scale.

Also, does her sword have a name? Doesn't seem like it.
