Why doesnt fiora giggle/laugh when she uses her e anymore
title. pre rework when she used her steroid she had a special short 1-2 second laugh she would do when she used it, what happened?

Bind your Laugh to E = Fixed
It was moved to her R. And the battle shouting in her old ult was moved to each one of the vital procs in her ult. Same as W's "taunt" when it blocks something (maybe specifically hard cc)
They removed that cause Fiora is like most League females humorless and serious.
