I'm finding it hard to enjoy the lore and I want to understand why.

I've always been a huge fan of League, their universe, and especially their characters. When I heard they were going heavy into Lore, I couldn't be more excited.

The first story I tried to read was of Shurima, the whole ordeal with Sivir and Azir and what not. Something about it didn't appeal to me though... I don't know if it was the repeated use of champion names which made it feel inorganic.

Since then, reading lore to me has felt like more of a means to get information rather than being taken on a journey. I really want to experience the lore in a way that gets me hooked, like a really good novel or short story.

I'm not sure what it is about it. I speculate that maybe there's a lack of character emotion being portrayed which makes it hard to relate to, or maybe things feel to obviously written rather than implied. I honestly have no idea.

Am I the only one who's not feelin' it? Amumu

Did you read Viktor's lore story-thing-a-ma-thing? He lets a boy into his workshop, gives him the Zaun version of hot cocoa, and helps him with the children who are bullying him.
