@Riot, Please allow the "Learn more" link to go directly to the item.

I noticed Dragon Master Swain was released so I decided to go over to the store. I saw the small tile splash, but wanted to see the whole thing. Sadly, I realized I have to click the item, click the "Learn more" link, go over to skins, and then find the one I want.

Ideally, I feel this should open the same modal, but already on the skins tab with DM Swain selected from the carousel. Of course for champions this is fine, but for skins it's a bit of a hassle.

It's a minor thing that probably isn't worth spending dedicated dev time on, but if any of the people on the client team have some extra capacity to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
