With the new Annie icons on the PBE (Flower, Tibbers )), I think Riot might be finally updating Annie's base model to match the representation from Volume 1 of the Artbook.
I don't expect much to change other than the clothing and smaller things on her base model considering the ability effects, including Tibbers, are already in-line with the look.
If Riot Wrekz is doing a literal quick VGU, she might be a possible candidate. New model, voice over, texture, animations, and possibly some slight tweaks to her kit. (Not a lot wrong with it, but it could still be improved upon.)
Maybe Annie gets a lore update similar to Varus?
I kinda doubt that she gets a visual update,because riot was in the last years pretty transparent about their champion updates(the last surprise updates were probably in season 3 or 4), Though maybe she could just get a new standard model,while the current one gets turned into a skin?(similar to captain Gp during bilgewater?).

Not sure about a VU, but they did mention they were looking into further VO updates; could definitely see them coupling that with a lore update to Annie as well (possibly alongside other Noxian champions like Swain).
Annie looks way nicer than a lot of champs, she doesnt need a VU anytime this next half/full decade.
Wait, these have been confirmed to be Annie related icons? It doesn't say anything on Surrender@20. Where was it confirmed? I want some solid confirmation before I get hyped.

I would love the mother fuck out of an Annie VU and/or lore update. I'd want a VGU most but either way it'd have so much potential.

It says on the Surrender@20 website that the two icons are Summoner Icons.
However it does raise a question as to what Riot has in store for Annie 
, could SHE be the one to get a new Voice Over? Or is she infact getting a model update?
