Do we get to choose our Vict. Graves chroma(s)?

Or are they assigned by what queue you had gold+ in? I personally didn't waste time in over-glorified normals (flex) or that gamemode that you are probably going to remove in the next year or two (3v3). Wondering if I can select which of the 3 chromas I want or I just get an assigned one for solo/duo.

P.S. The skin looks more like debonair than victorious.
