Talkin' Taric

This is not at all timely, but can I just say that the music for Taric's login screen is the most fucking triumphant thing I've ever heard and stirs genuine emotion in my withered gamer bosom? I remember hearing it shortly after the rework came out and thinking, "Oh, this is awesome - they made his theme directly reference this classic, iconic hero music..." Then I tried to think of what movie soundtrack or hero theme I was thinking of, only to realize I was thinking of... Taric's theme itself. I had only heard it once or twice before in passing, but it was already so iconic that it had cemented itself in my mind as a classic piece of music. Like an emotional deja vu.

I love the actual gameplay and design of the rework too, and Taric is one of my favourite champs to play currently. But gameplay (and deep V-cut) aside, I think this music does an amazing job of evoking the kind of ridiculously heroic feeling I get from the best Taric plays.

Now excuse me while I go back to my playlist entirely composed of league login themes...
