Could Zed get glowy eyes?

One of my favourite things about Zed's design has always been the red glowy eyes. Glowy eyes are edgy and awesome, if you want proof just look at Akuma from street fighter.

Anyways, as a Zed main it's always slightly annoyed me that ingame his eyes don't glow at all, they're just little Red dots, when in his login you can clearly see those babies leave a sleek red trail (proof: http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/champion/zed/ ) I used to think this was because the tech just wasn't available, but it recently struck me that it does exist, it's on Blood Moon Jhin (proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcS4wh1v_8o check that beautiful glowy eye trail, sexy)

So, could we pleeeeaaaaase get some glowy eyes on my baby Zed too? I honestly have no idea how easy / difficult it would be to do, it'd just be nice.

TL:DR - Zed officially has glowy eyes but not in game. The champ is Literally unplayable, Rito pls fix.
