Who would be the last character to get a full vu?
i read somewhere a rioter hwo started the champ up stuff said the last character to most likely be updated would be quinn

Depending on how League develops, there might not be a "last VGU" or "last VU".
quinn has a hunched back, and idle stance is weird, could use a vu tweak

The last true VU was Sivir I believe. She had received a gameplay update before that, and then her VU came later. Technically, some would call champs like Sona, Alistar, and Maokai VUs, but that was stretching a new cloth over an ugly chair - they didn't get any new models, no new animations, and no new VOs. Given that Riot has announced that they will no longer do just VUs, that means Sivir was the last. It'll be full blown VGUs from now on, with no end in sight as champs will always become outdated.
