Adding brighness and contrast settings ingame.

Hey, I've just seen this image, http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/screenshot/15781/full/ the more colored part is made using Sweetfx, but the thing is, a lot of people compain about the color and vibrance of the new SR, and some like it like this, so why not let people choose how they want to play? I always wondered why there is no brighness option in league, and this might be the time to add one for brighness and one for contrast! :)
