Seriously, getting new lines shouldn't be limited to reworks. Singed has a total of 12 unique lines in game, a quarter of them being him laughing. Kled has 421, which in perspective is 34 times the amount singed has. Kled has 100 more quotes for movement alone than Singed does in total.

If it isn't clear some of the older champions, Singed included can use some new quotes, and quick.

Instead of teaching hillbilly's dictionaries, can we give a mad scientist more than a few cheesy fines? Please just throw him and some older champs some love instead of just giving them reworks. **Please. **

Oh also, and can we please give him actually canon lore during the Warwick rework?

Singed needs a VU. Plain and simple, maybe even some kit work. Right now he just gases people and then activates his ball of stats and hopes for the best. I feel like he could do with a new ult along with completely overhauled looks and vocals; A Ryze/Gangplank level rework would be sufficient for what he needs, considering his general playstyle is unique and fun.

As well as a recall and joke animation, also according to Evelynn "s color text he's a scientist from Zaun who augments people and Yorick says he's after immortality, not much but at least he's canon after 4 years.

I think champs with fewer voice lines are less annoying than champs with more voice lines.

Ex. Ekko Yasuo Riven vs Akali Nunu Singed
