Meddler mentioned Karma splashes are still on the way but unsure on timing, I was wondering if you could answer that.

Pretty sure it was in a recent Ask Riot that it'd be fairly soon after Galio's update (which is now done), and that we'd also be seeing Sej and Maokai splashes in the mid season for their tank updates.
So I'd say it'd be in a patch before mid-season.
