Project: Disruption loading cards

To the Rioters: Is there any plan to give the new Project skins (or at least Ashe) a limited time First Strike style loading card with the Project logo at the bottom?

To the Players: What would you think of the new Project skins getting First Strike style loading cards, or has Riot announced they will/won't do this?
