Pharaoh Nidalee Splash Art Update Suggestion

In light of the new devblog about splash updates can we get the artist who drew this: http://lan.leagueoflegends.com/sites/default/files/upload/backgrounds/carnaval-2015-rotator-v2_1.jpg

This was made from last years Masquerade Carnival in the Brazil Server and served as a background for the promotions page. Add a background to represent Shurima and we have ourselves a good splash art. Just a suggestion, because we all know everyone is waiting for those French Maid and Pharaoh Nidalee splash updates.
