I'm being very optimistic here but I think we've already reached mid-season and thats when we were told to expect

GreenLore3 votesReally unlikely for him to be in 7.13 as it was said a new champ is probably coming before him. Since we usually get one big release per month,I'd say it is pretty likely for the next champ to be in 7.13 and then Urgot would come out during july.
