Hiya!
These skins are still in development in terms of making changes. They definitely have not been forgotten. :) We've been working on them in conjunction with the regularly scheduled skins during this time. Unfortunately, I don't have and ETA for you, but I can say that you will not see them in the next patch. You will see them on PBE again before we release them to live.
While you are here, maybe you can explain me something very important...
If Faker picked Ryze for his SKT skin, why would you even THINK that we would allow you to put anything else than a broccoli on his back?(No hate please, it's only a joke people!)[slayer-jinx-catface]
