Skin bios in 8.4

I'm back with more skin bios for the 8.4 PBE cycle, this week we see bios to the Arctic Ops, Burning Tides, Academy and Swain's updated skins along with bios for Dark Star J4 and Dragon Master Swain.

Here's Dragon Master Swain's for example: "Seeking to turn the very essence of dragons against them, the great Dragonslayer Swain battled beneath the earth for the souls of ancient, long-dead wyrms. In his hubris, he was consumed by their power, emerging a corrupted thrall of the monsters he once swore to destroy."

And Dark Star J4's: "A mortal emperor unbound by the destruction of his world, Jarvan's essence has since been reforged by the ageless energies of deep space. His humanity and his people now lost forever, he stands ready to welcome the Dark Star incursion, in the final subjugation of all existence."
