Super offtopic but say they created a League of Legends Movie. There are some champions that i think would be perfect villans. If you choose none of these, comment on who and why!
Correction: Some of these aren't purely evil. Replace villans with antagonists. Also, some of these (like Morgana) have nothing to do with their lore. They're simply my opinion on who would look interesting as an antagonist

Zaun has quite some good villains for a movie in my opinion.
I feel like Swain, Zed and Morgana have too many complex motivations to be "villains". If you want to say antagonist that would be more accurate.

Swain's a bit more of an antihero at this point, and Morgana's a much better person than she used to be. Maybe not the best people, but not big-bads at all. Sylas, Jhin, and Urgot kind of have a three-way tie here.
Quiyana would be a fantastic Villain. Taking inspiration from Azula from Avatar.

he is cult leader, who likely has some big connections and since we don't know his face he could even hide among the main or side characters as a surprise villain.
Also him summoning cho'gath at the end would be a nice climax for the movie
You gotta read the lore man, Swain isn't really super villianus. More anti hero. Morgana is a total good guy and any movie about Sylas would probably just end up being the Fantasy version of Les Mesribles.
Urgot could be one of those "Villians who might have a point" and Jhin would be a classic disney villian, evil for the sake of being evil. But most champions who used to be the bad guys were made more sympathic because the point is for you to like them. If they intentionally made someone you're supposed to hate because they're a bad guy, why the fuck would you buy skins for them?
Jinx is technically a bad guy so they rewrit her to be a little less of a villian and made her more fun and she has a bit of method to her madness. I mean they are making Arcane which is featuring Jinx where the villian is someone we haven't seen before. Any movies or shows they do will probably have brand new characters to serve as a villian or will be the story of two differing characters with no real sway on who's right and who's wrong.
I mean you put morgana up there but if you had read the lore, you would know Kayle is kinda a homocidle manaic while Morgana is someone who believes that everyone is better than any sins they may have commited and works to heal those who are in pain. A Morgana and Kayle movie would definitely paint Kayle as more of a villian who believes she's doing the right thing than Morgana.
Also I do wanna say that honestly having a movie or something that had nothing to do with the champions, but instead the world might be cool. Imagine a detective movie done in live action similar to how the Witcher tv show is being done all about trying to find out how King Jarven III died. We could have one of the protagnoist be a Mage Seeker who's just a logical kind of person, all of his colleges just swept it under the rug and said a mage did it but investigating the scene shows no signs of magic or something. It could be a way to end the conflict in Demacia in a more peaceful way than in lore, Sylas killed Garen and Jarven VI but the game just isn't set in that point of time or whatever. It would also be a nice way to tie up that loose end that was just brushed over very quickly.

Are you looking for a bad guy who turns good/neutral partway of the movie or a true evil antagonist who is the problem from start to finish?
These guys are all different and do not fit every role.
Additionally, those characters have widely different powerlevels relative to eachother and so for anything to make sense lorewise you´d have to balance them out with similarly powerful champions.
For instance, cant use Jhin as the antagonist villain if Syndra gets hostile, she´d pulverize him in seconds just because she is so absurdly powerful, like top tier ascended specialized in magic powerful.
You can use Syndra though, as a supporting character to Zed fighting Jhin if the latter has a bunch of mages helping him sent by the shady council people who sponsor him.
And even then i´d guess it´d be mostly her rolling them all over.
Zed and Sylas did nothing wrong just like thanos, so it's either or
I'm not sure about villain because that word reminds me of someone like Veigar. But If we are going with movie antagonists, I like because he is complex. Zed has good reasons for what he is doing, he thinks his decisions will save Ionia but he is also destroying the land he is trying so hard to protect. He is also using and teaching others to use shadow magic which created Nocturn.
why swain have the most votes lol, he's anything but a villain.
I would love to see these both as antagonists for Piltover/Zaun. Her chaos clashing with his meticulous planning would be super intriguing to see. and we could have all the officers 
trying to apprehend them. I'm no writer so I can't come up with a story that would convincingly have both Jhin and Jinx going after the same thing, but I like the idea and possibilities that could come from it!
