Akali's VGU

I am no main by any means but I am a huge fan of New Champions as well as Current Champions' VGU especially when it comes to their character concept and design. Whenever I read the Champion Insights/Origin, I look at some of their concept designs and think "Wow, it would have been awesome if they actually went along with this design!!" but I am sure there could be gameplay reasons or something else as to why those designs weren't chosen instead.

Nevertheless, I am here to talk a little about an Akali's concept design that I thought would be awesome if Riot could somewhat implement in her VGU. Now, I am a sucker for Ninjas especially when they have extremely cool designs/costumes like , , and similar to that of the famous Ninjas in Mortal Kombat such as Scorpion and Sub-Zero but Akali's seemed to be lacking since it seems there was too much of an effort in making her stand out as a female ninja which didn't give her as awesome of a design, in my opinion, making her look more like Kasumi from the DOA 5 game. That being said while snooping around her concept design in her Universe, I found a design (which I attached as a link) that I thought was absolutely cool, it doesn't stray too far from the theme of other ninjas but gives her some uniqueness as a female ninja as well. It gives her a graceful yet deadly look of an assassin and I think it would be really awesome if a similar design gets implemented in her VGU.

This is just my opinion so it would be awesome to read what others think about Akali's design in relation to other ninjas and what they would like to see in the future. It would also be nice to get a little bit of an input to the decision making that goes makes the design team choose what concept gets launched.
